Nordson-ASYMTEK-logo.jpg

Nordson ASYMTEK provides advanced solder and coating dispensing solutions for precision assembly processes, including semiconductor packaging, printed circuit boards, LEDs, flat panel displays, medical and biotechnical devices, and solar and photovoltaic products. I independently analyzed prospective failure rates of new prototype product parts using Weibull analysis and Reliasoft to identify components with the smallest life cycle which would affect warranty/replacement part costs. I also performed laser vibrometer tests on solder dispensing head rail movement system to measure micro-deviations due to 75 µm magnetic rail pitch.
