  • Designed, reiterated, tested, and fabricated holding fixtures utilizing 3D modeling (Solidworks), GD&T, and additive/subtractive fabrication (3D Printing, manual machining, TIG welding, wire-cut EDM, CNC)

  • Collaborated with Design Engineering to swiftly iterate new product development prototypes utilizing experience in FDM/SLA 3D printing and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.

  • Validate new standard processes and machinery through IQ, OQ, and PQ methods to quickly onboard for manufacturing operator use.
